Since 2019, the Prietenia Association has been organizing biannual professional training sessions supported by Mr. Bogdan Leonte, an experienced psychopedagogue, who works at Sonnhalde Gempen and Roderis (Switzerland) and is a member of the Board of Directors of the Prietenia Association.
The training topics are established based on the real needs of the beneficiaries and the staff working with them and consist of discussing situations encountered in daily activity, analyzing case studies, intervention and work methods and techniques, examples of good practices and improving communication and relationships between employees.
In parallel, qualification courses were held for the positions of cook, nurse, social worker, recovery pedagogue, specialization courses in integrative psychotherapy, vocational counselor, special psychopedagogy and case management, and with the support of the Concordia Academy, group supervision sessions, specializations as social services manager and social services practitioner were held.
The development of the Prietenia Association was possible thanks to the involvement of special people, who have offered, over the years, professional support, guidance and inspiration.
The Sonnhalde Gempen Association from Switzerland, a traditional partner of the Prietenia Association, Helene Biekart, Mathias Clauberg, Ermuth Volker and Bogdan Leonte, through their experience and dedication, contributed to the formation of the team, the development of social services and the promotion of an approach centered on the person and on life in the community.
